At the tender age of eight, Jonny received a ‘30 magic tricks-in-one’ gift from his uncle. On that fateful day, he developed a passion for magic, sleight of hand and misdirection, which led to countless hours, weeks and months to perfect his art. Since then, with over a decade of practice behind him, and professional experience since the age of sixteen, Jonny has captivated spectators nationwide at weddings, private parties and corporate events.
Based in London, Jonny focuses on a contemporary style of close-up magic and mentalism. His act specialises in astonishing small audiences inches away with direct, hard-hitting effects. May it be with cards, coins or borrowed objects, Jonny’s magic is designed to animate audiences and leave an event buzzing.
From the thousands of reactions he has received, Jonny’s drive to perform comes not from the stunned faces but rather the single moment of childlike wonder he allows his audience to experience. He feels this is something powerful – assuredly staying with your guests for the entire night.
